About QPOS

QPOS is a fast-growing SaaS-based Restaurant Management Solution with Billing and Backoffice Management along with requisite Hardware. QPOS caters to Mid-market and Standalone Restaurants (QSRs, Fine Dine, Cafes and Bakeries)

We are looking for highly-motivated, ambitious sales people across multiple regions who would can build the QPOS market ground-up in their regions. This is a place for people who thrive in setting aggressive goals and seek satisfaction in pursuing them.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with Key Accounts (Chain stores) in Food and Beverages domain in the region

  • Achieve the License/Revenue target for assigned region for QPOS Solution 

  • Map the region to understand the various F&B Clusters and build a steady pipeline of the Chain Stores Brands 

  • Identify, sign up and develop the QPOS certified channel partners in the region to achieve the market penetration.

  • Work with Marketing to create Promotions, Campaigns, Digital Events for lead generation

  • Ensure Service and Delivery is seamless by ensuring the Support is seamless

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Total of 6-8 years’ Enterprise/Mid-Enterprise experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the people management role

  • Experience in selling Digital products to Restaurants/Retail (E.g. POS Software, Payment, CRM)

  • Moderate to high level of understanding of technology solutions

  • Good consistent performance year on year in the previous roles
