About Quinta:

Quinta is a growth-stage Technology company that is focused on providing Integrated Digital Solution to Restaurants and Retail vertical. The flagship products are QPOS -Android based Billing Software Solution and QuGo – QR Based Digital Ordering App for customers. We are looking for Rockstar Salespeople who can build a high-performance team who can bring the accelerated growth for the products.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Achieve the revenue target for assigned region with the products available 
  2. Map the region to assign revenue targets for the team members 
  3. Build and lead a team of Field Sales Executives, TLs across the region 
  4. Build and maintain relationships with Chain Stores, Enterprise customers to achieve the number assigned 
  5. Sign up Channel Partners in the respective region who can bring the reach for run-rate sales 
  6. Identify new Business Verticals for the diversification 
  7. Work with Marketing to create Promotions, Campaigns, Digital Events for lead generation 
  8. Ensure Service and Delivery is seamless by ensuring the Support is seamless

Skills and Qualifications: 

  1. Total of 6-8 years experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in the people management role 
  2. Experience in selling Digital products to Restaurants (E.g. POS Software, Payment, CRM, etc) 
  3. Moderate to a high level of understanding of technology solutions 
  4. Good consistent performance year on year in the previous roles
